USINDO is privileged to welcome the Honorable Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia to a Special Open Forum on Judicial Reform in Indonesia – the first ever public appearance in Washington by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. Judicial reform is crucial to support democracy, good governance and create a stable investment climate in Indonesia. In cooperation with USAID’s Changes for Justice (C4J) Project and others, the Supreme Court is seeking to advance its judicial reform program and enhanced public trust through improved public information services.
In the Blue Print for Reform 2010-2035, the Supreme Court has committed to becoming Indonesia’s trusted institution for all pursuing justice. Chief Justice Hatta Ali will describe the Supreme Court’s reforms, which are intended to increase transparency, accountability, and the delivery of justice.
Please join us for this extraordinary USINDO Special Open Forum. The Chief Justice’s talk will be followed by a Question and Answer session.
