Human rights violation In North Korea have no parallel in the contemporary world.  In 2013, the United Nations Human Rights Council established commission of inquiry to investigate human abuses in North Korea. Last year’s United Nations special report revealed unspeakable atrocities and concluded that the North Korean people are victims of widespread crimes against humanity.

USINDO in partnership with US Embassy Jakarta and @america are delighted to host Ambassador Robert R. King, U.S. Special envoy for North Korean human rights issues, Marzuki Darusman, special rapporteur United Nations and USINDO advisor, and Ambassador Cho Tai-Young, South Korean ambassador to Indonesia to discuss this issue.
