USINDO – U.S. Embassy Jakarta Open Forum on Accelerating the Growth of U.S.-Indonesia Trade & Investment

As part of the commemoration of the 70th anniversary of U.S.- Indonesia diplomatic relations, USINDO and the U.S. Embassy Jakarta co-hosted a public discussion focusing on Accelerating the Growth of U.S.-Indonesia Trade and Investment at @america on 13 December 2019.

The event consisted of a moderated panel discussion featuring three eminent experts on trade and investment, viz. Muhammad Lutfi (President Commissioner of PT MEDCO Energi Internasional Tbk.), Sunny J. Park (Assistant General Counsel and APAC Regional Director of Microsoft Asia Pacific) and Douglas Ramage (Managing Director of BowerGroupAsia). They appraised the key opportunities and challenges to boost the U.S.-Indonesia economic relations which are underperforming relative to their potential.
